GENERAL

What is the order cut off time?

As we cook our meals fresh every weekend, and want to minimise our food waste we have a Friday 8pm cut off for orders each week. This time provides our suppliers with enough notice, and for our team to prepare your meals to our high quality standard.

What if I missed the cut off time?

If you missed the Friday midnight cut off but still want to make an order, please contact us as we may have some extra stock for you to purchase on Sunday.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes we have a $40 minimum for all deliveries.

*Please note that the delivery option will not appear at the checkout stage if your order is below this amount.

Do you offer any discounts or deals for first time customers?

Unfortunately due to the increasing costs to produce our high quality meals we do not offer any discounts or deals other than our 5% discount for subscriptions at this time.

Can I customise my meals?

We currently offer over 75 variations of meals! For most meal types you can make a selection from multiple options. Therefore, to ensure we can provide everyone with high quality meals we do not offer customisations at this time.

If you have specific allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us prior to placing your order.

How do the meals stay so fresh?

All of our meat and vegetables are sourced fresh from local butchers and growers. We take special care in following the correct food safety practices and procedures to avoid any contamination, therefore reducing potential spoilage and keeping the meals fresher for longer.

We seal our meals in our PREPAC Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) machine. Through the use of a minimal C02 & Nitrogen gas flush, our meals do not oxidise as quickly, extending the life of the meals.

How long do the meals last?

All of our meals are delivered fresh and should be consumed by the best before date on your meal (up to 7 days). You may freeze your meals when you receive them if you wish to eat them after the refrigerated expiry date, but please note that these should only be held for up to 3 months in the freezer.

What are the payment options?

We provide multiple options for payment: Debit card, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay - all available through our website

We’d love to hear your suggestions! Contact us via email, phone or our social media channels to let us know your idea!

I need to make a complaint, where do I send this?

If we didn’t meet your standards or there was something wrong with the order you received, please contact us via email, phone or our social media channels as soon as possible so we can rectify the issue.

DELIVERY/PICK UP

Do you deliver to me?

Yes! We offer both delivery and pick-up options. Delivery is available in select areas and pick-up is available at our store in Alexandria, 2015. See our delivery areas and costs here.

Please note that as we only cook once a week, our delivery times are only across Sundays and Mondays.

Can I pick up the meals?

Yes you can on SUNDAYS ONLY between 10am-9pm. Please note that as the kitchen is not staffed during the week, we cannot offer pick up on any other days.

As we cook all meals fresh each weekend, we will notify you when your meals have been sealed and are ready for collection. This is generally after 10am on Sundays.

The kitchen is staffed until 9pm every Sunday night, but please contact us if you need to pick up your order after this time so we can ensure someone is there to assist you.

When can I expect my delivery?

Please note that as we only cook once a week, our delivery times are only across Sundays and Mondays, and can vary. You will receive a notification when your meals are being delivered, and can contact us if you won't be home.

Depending on your location we will contact you if we are only able to deliver your meals thermally-lined overnight. 

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Are there any contracts?

No, we believe that you should have the freedom to take control of your own health and fitness, so we don’t add the pressure of locking you into the same order every week.

To make ordering easier for you, we have added in a "reorder" option if you create an account on our site.

If you would prefer a "set and forget" option to ensure you don't miss our order cut off time, we do offer a fully customisable weekly subscription option.
